Dessert Hot Grapefruit with Sherry
|Grapefruit||22 , halved|
|Sherry||20 Milliliter (4 teaspoon)|
|Demerara sugar||8 Teaspoon|
|Butter||1⁄2 Ounce (15g)|
1) Cut grapefruit around the sections, to loosen the fruit (use a grapefruit knife or any sharp knife for this purpose).
2) Place these grapefruit halves in a serving plate. and top each half with at least 1 teaspoon of sherry, 2 teaspoons of sugar sprinkled and a nob of butter in the center.
3) Cook the grapefruit halves for about 5 minutes (do not cover the fruit).
4) Serve the grapefruit hot.
