Ingredients
  Black cherries 6 Pound
  Water 1 Gallon
  Sugar 3 1⁄2 Pound
  Yeast 1 Teaspoon
  Lemon 1 , juiced
  Yeast nutrient 1 Teaspoon
Directions

GETTING READY
1. In a large bowl, place cherries and mash them.
2. To the bowl of mashed berries, pour boiling water and let stand for 48 hours.
3. Into a large bowl, using double muslin or a thick cloth, strain the mixture.

MAKING
4. In a saucepan, pour the strained mixture and bring it to a boil; stir well and let cool down.
5. When the solution is cooled down, stir in nutrient, lemon juice and yeast.

FINALISING
6. Into a fermentation jar, stir and pour the solution.
7. Cover tightly with a lid.
8. When the wine is clear, rack into Champagne bottles.

SERVING
9. Serve cherry Wine in sleek wine glass.
