White Wine Sazerac

Ingredients
  Sugar cube 1
  Pernod 1 Teaspoon
  Angostura bitters/Peychaud 2 Drop
  Ice cubes 3
  White wine 3 Fluid Ounce (Hock, Muscadet Or Sauternes)
Directions

MAKING
1) In an old-fashioned glass, add a lump of sugar.
2) Shake in the bitters over the sugar, and add the Pernod.
3) Rotate the glass and swirl the sugar-bitters mix to spread it around the sides of the glass.
4) Add in the ice cubes and the wine and stir gently.

SERVING
5) Garnish with a sprig of mint.
