Wine Collins

Ingredients
  Ice cubes 5
  Fresh lemon juice 1 Tablespoon (Extracted From 1 Fruit)
  Sugar/Sugar syrup 1 Tablespoon
  Dry white wine 3 Fluid Ounce (Chablis, Hock Or Muscadet)
  Soda water 3 Fluid Ounce
Directions

MAKING
1) In a glass jug, add the ice.
2) Over the ice, add in the lemon juice, sugar and wine.
3) Briskly stir.
4) Without straining pour out into a collins glass.
5) Top with soda water

SERVING
6) Garnish with a twisted lemon rind.
