Champagne Julep

Ingredients
  Sugar/Sugar syrup 1 Teaspoon
  Fresh mint sprig 1
  Ice cubes 4
  Champagne 4 Fluid Ounce
  Fresh lemon slice 1
Directions

MAKING
1) In a collins glass, add the mint and sugar.
2) Swirl the glass to crush the mint and spread the mix.
3) Add ice and top with champagne.

SERVING
4) Garnish with a lemon slice.
