Mulled Wine

Ingredients
  Sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Cinnamon pieces 2 (3 Inch Each)
  Whole allspice 12
  Whole cloves 12
  Nutmeg 1 Dash
  Lemon 1
  Red wine 3 Cup (48 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1. In saucepan combine sugar, water and spices.
2. Peel lemon and drop whole peel into sugar mixture.
3. Stir to dissolve sugar simmering for 5 minutes.
4. Remove from heat, let it stand 30 minutes and strain.
5. Add wine and heat slowly to just under boiling point.

SERVING
6. Serve Mulled Wine hot during winters or cold weather conditions.
