Apricot Wine Cordial
|Dried apricots||12 Ounce|
|Dry white wine||1 1⁄2 Liter (1 Bottle)|
|Sugar||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Apricot flavor brandy||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
1. In a food processor, process apricots until finely chopped and place them in a non-metal container.
2. Stir in wine, sugar and brandy and allow to stand with cover at room temperature 1 to 4 weeks.
3. Strain wine.
4. Use the wine with cakes or as desired and reserve fruit to use into cakes such as Lemon Cakes.
