|Apple juice||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs) (preferably no sugar added)|
|Pear nectar||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Dry white table wine||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Water||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Lemon zest strip||2 Inch|
|Cinnamon sticks||2 (2 inches each)|
1. In a microwave proof pitcher mix together all the ingredients except lemon slices.
2. Microwave on High (100%) for 2 minutes, until mixture is thoroughly heated.
3. Pour mixture through a sieve into each of two 8-ounce cups, reserving cinnamon sticks and discarding cloves and lemon zest.
4. Add the reserved cinnamon stick to the drink and garnish each glass with lemon slice.
