Red Or White Wine Marinade

Ingredients
  Dry red wine/White wine 28 Fluid Ounce (1 bottle, 3 1/2 cups / 875 milliliter)
  Olive oil 4 Fluid Ounce (1/2 cup / 125 milliliter)
  Onion 1 , finely chopped
  Chopped parsley 4 Tablespoon
  Garlic cloves 2 Large, minced
  Chopped fresh thyme/Rosemary / tarragon / 2 teaspoon dried herb of choice 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Freshly ground pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1. In a bowl whisk together all the ingredients and mix well.
2. Use immediately or refrigerate in a tightly covered jar for up to 2 days.

SERVING
3. This marinade can be used to prepare meat of any kind.
