Cheddar In Sherry

Ingredients
  Cheddar cheese 1⁄2 Pound
  Sherry 5 Tablespoon
  Soft butter/Margarine 2 Tablespoon
  Dry mustard 1 Teaspoon
  Cayenne To Taste
Directions

Cream butter with mustard and cayenne.
Grate cheese very finely.
Mix with sherry.
Add butter mixture, and blend thoroughly.
Makes 1-1/4 cups.
