Rabbit Cooked In Garlic and Wine
|Red wine||350 Milliliter (1/2 Bottle)|
|Garlic||6 Clove (30 gm)|
|Oil||2 Cup (32 tbs) (For Deep Frying)|
1. Make portions out of the rabbit, cover with the wine and marinate overnight.
2. In a frying pan gently heat some oil and fry the garlic and then the rabbit portions until brown on both sides.
3. Once the rabbit is cooked pour in the wine marinade, add the bay leaves and simmer gently till the rabbit is tender.
4. Serve hot with the desired garnish.
