Fresh Fruit Marinated In Wine

Ingredients
  Assorted fresh fruit 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Sweet muscat blanc/Muscat canelli /malvasia bianca 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Mint leaves/Borage blossoms 1 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1) In a large bowl, combine together the cut=up fruit and pour in the wine. Toss well till the fruit s thoroughly moistened with the wine.
2) Place the bowl in the refrigerator and marinate for 1 to 4 hours.
3) Taste a piece each of the tart and the sweetest fruit. If needed, add lemon juice.

SERVING
4) Serve after garnishing with fresh mint or borage blossoms.
