Fresh Fruit Marinated In Wine
|Assorted fresh fruit||4 Cup (64 tbs)|
|Sweet muscat blanc/Muscat canelli /malvasia bianca||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Mint leaves/Borage blossoms||1 Tablespoon|
1) In a large bowl, combine together the cut=up fruit and pour in the wine. Toss well till the fruit s thoroughly moistened with the wine.
2) Place the bowl in the refrigerator and marinate for 1 to 4 hours.
3) Taste a piece each of the tart and the sweetest fruit. If needed, add lemon juice.
4) Serve after garnishing with fresh mint or borage blossoms.
