Ingredients
  Lemon sorbet 2 Cup (32 tbs) (4 scoops)
  Vodka/Citrus vodka/limoncello, italian lemon liqueur 2 Ounce, chilled
  Prosecco/Other sparkling wine/champagne 2 Ounce
  Champagne 2 Ounce
  Mint sprig 2
Directions

MAKING
1. In a processor or blender blend lemon sorbet on low speed and pour in vodka or lemon liqueur in a slow stream.
2. Then mix in Prosecco or champagne.

SERVING
3. Into chilled martini glasses pour and serve, garnished with a sprig of mint.
