Brussels Sprouts In Wine And Raisins
|Golden seedless raisins||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
|Dry white wine||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
|Brussels sprouts||40 Ounce (4 packages)|
1)In a bowl, add raisins and wine and let it sit for 1 hour.
2)Cook Brussels sprouts as per package directions until almost tender. Drain.
3)In a saucepan, add wine mixture, Brussels sprouts, seasonings and butter.
4)Cook on low heat for 5 minutes.
5)Serve Brussels in wine and raisins with roast goose.
