Peaches In Red Or White Wine
|Sifted icing sugar||2 Tablespoon|
|Red wine/White wine||325 Milliliter (1/2 Bottle)|
Pour boiling water over the peaches, leave for a minute, then skin them.
Slice, and divide them evenly between 4 large wine glasses.
Depending on the dryness or sweetness of the wine used, add sugar to taste and cover the peaches with the wine.
Leave to stand for at least half an hour before serving, preferably slightly chilled.
