Mulled Wine

Ingredients
  Dry red wine 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Hot water 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Packed brown sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Grated orange peel 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Ground cinnamon 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Ground cloves 1⁄8 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1) In a bowl mix all ingredients measuring to 2-cup measure [4-cup measure].
2) Seal with a lid tightly.
3) Microwave on high (550 watts) till boiling for 1 1/2 to 2 1/2 min [2 to 3 min].
4) Strain finely.

SERVING
5) Serve with cinnamon stick.
