Mulled Wine

Ingredients
  Red wine 4 Ounce (1/2 Cup)
  Water 7 Ounce (3/4 Cup Plus 2 Tablespoons)
  Sugar 1 Teaspoon
  Ground allspice 1 Pinch
  Cinnamon stick piece To Taste (Use A Small Piece)
  Lemon peel twist 1
  Whole cloves 3
  Angostura bitters 1 Dash
Directions

In a saucepan, combine all ingredients.
Stir and heat, but do not boil.
Strain steaming mixture into a large, warm wineglass or mug.
