Pears In Red Wine
|Red wine||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Pears||2 , halved (Peeled, Cored)|
1. Let the red wine, sugar and oregano boil and carefully place the pear halves in.
2. Place the lid on and let it simmer over a medium heat for 15 minutes.
3. Onto a plate lift out the pears and serve with ice cream.
If you wish you can boil down the red wine to make a syrup and pour this over the pears.
