Cocktail Sausages With White Wine
|Butter||2 Tablespoon, melted|
|Dry white wine||1 Tablespoon|
Put sausages on skewers and brush with melted butter.
Place over charcoal and brown lightly.
Brush with a little dry white wine.
Do not overcook.
Serve immediately with assorted hot mustards including English Mustard.
