Ingredients
  Consomme 1 Can (10 oz)
  Sherry 2 Tablespoon
  Chopped green onion 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Orange zest 1 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1)Slightly warm consomme and pour into soup bowls.

SERVING
2)Stir in the sherry and garnish it with thinly sliced green onion and thin strips of orange zest.
