Roasted Garlic and White Wine Parrano Panini
|Unsalted butter||3 Tablespoon, cut into small pieces at room temperature|
|Garlic||6 Clove (30 gm), peeled and crushed|
|Dry white wine||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Olive oil||2 Tablespoon|
|Parrano cheese slices||8 (Use Thinly Cut Slices)|
In a saucepan, heat oil. Add garlic and sauté until garlic is golden brown. Deglaze pan with white wine and reduce to approximately 2-3oz. of liquid. Add butter to a bowl, and slowly whisk in white wine mixture till blended. Add a slat and pepper to taste. Refrigerate mixture for 20min. Spread mixture onto 4 slices of bread followed by two slices of Parrano cheese. Top with remaining bread. Bake in a hot oven or use a Panini press until bread becomes golden brown and crispy.
