Roasted Garlic And White Wine Parrano Panini

Ingredients
  Unsalted butter 3 Tablespoon, cut into small pieces at room temperature
  Garlic 6 Clove (30 gm), peeled and crushed
  Dry white wine 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Olive oil 2 Tablespoon
  Bread slices 8
  Parrano cheese slices 8 (Use Thinly Cut Slices)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

In a saucepan, heat oil. Add garlic and sauté until garlic is golden brown. Deglaze pan with white wine and reduce to approximately 2-3oz. of liquid. Add butter to a bowl, and slowly whisk in white wine mixture till blended. Add a slat and pepper to taste. Refrigerate mixture for 20min. Spread mixture onto 4 slices of bread followed by two slices of Parrano cheese. Top with remaining bread. Bake in a hot oven or use a Panini press until bread becomes golden brown and crispy.
