Chicken With Sherry And Pears

Ingredients
  Chicken breast 1 , diced
  Cornstarch 1 Teaspoon, dissolved
  Pepper 1 Teaspoon
  Olive oil 1 Tablespoon
  Butter 1 Teaspoon
  Pear 1 , peeled, quartered and sliced thick
  Lemon juice 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Green onions 2 , sliced
Directions

GETTING READY
1.Mix corn starch, pepper and sherry.
2.Toss the mixture with chicken.

MAKING
3. In a frypan, heat oil and butter.
4. Put the chicken pieces and fry well.
5. When the chicken turns brown evenly, add pear slices, green onions, sherry, lemon juice, and salt.
6. Mix the ingredients well.

SERVING
7.Sprinkle paprika and serve hot with noodles.
