Pears In White Wine Jelly

Ingredients
  Castor sugar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  White wine 750 Milliliter
  Gelatin 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon, dissolved in 6 tablespoon water
  Lime juice 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Lime rind 1 Tablespoon, grated
  Pears 3 Cup (48 tbs), peeled cored and cubed
Directions

GETTING READY 1) Arrange all the utensils required. MAKING 2) In a bowl, dissolve 1 cup of sugar over low heat. 3) Dissolve gelatine in it and mix well. 4) In the gelatine, pour the remaining wine, lime juice and rind and mix it well. 5) Semi-set the liquid over ice or either in the refrigerator. 6) With a metal spoon, fold it occasionally so that the gelatine does not settle at the surface. 7) Fold it in pears and continue to set. 8) Once the jelly is at its setting point, spoon into coupe glasses or a large bowl. 9) Till required, chill the jelly in the refrigerator. SERVING 10) Serve the chilled dessert.
