Red Wine Vinaigrette

Ingredients
  Balsamic vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Red wine vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Shallot 1 , minced
  Dijon mustard 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Honey 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Olive oil 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Chopped fresh thyme 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Chopped fresh oregano 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Chopped fresh parsley 1 Tablespoon
  Freshly ground pepper To Taste
  Salt To Taste
Directions

Combine the vinegars, garlic, shallot, mustard, and honey in a bowl.
Gradually whisk in the oil to make a thick vinaigrette.
Add the remaining ingredients.
