Red Wine Marinade

Ingredients
  Red wine 12 Fluid Ounce (1 1/2 Cup / 375 Milliliter)
  Olive oil 4 Fluid Ounce (1/2 Cup / 125 Milliliter)
  Onion 1 Small, diced
  Bay leaf 1 , torn into pieces
  Black peppercorns 1 Teaspoon, cracked
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), crushed
  Finely chopped thyme/1 teaspoon dried thyme 3 Teaspoon
Directions

1. Place wine, oil, onion, bay leaf, peppercorns, garlic and thyme in a small bowl and mix to combine.
2. Pour marinade over meat, cover and set aside to marinate.
