Red Wine Marinade

|Red wine||12 Fluid Ounce (1 1/2 Cup / 375 Milliliter)|
|Olive oil||4 Fluid Ounce (1/2 Cup / 125 Milliliter)|
|Onion||1 Small, diced|
|Bay leaf||1 , torn into pieces|
|Black peppercorns||1 Teaspoon, cracked|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), crushed|
|Finely chopped thyme/1 teaspoon dried thyme||3 Teaspoon|
1. Place wine, oil, onion, bay leaf, peppercorns, garlic and thyme in a small bowl and mix to combine.
2. Pour marinade over meat, cover and set aside to marinate.
