  Claret 3 Quart
  Grated orange peel 3 Tablespoon (Grated From 3 Fruit)
  Grated lemon peel 3 Teaspoon (Grated From 3 Fruit)
  Cinnamon sticks 12
  Nutmeg 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Whole cloves 12 , tied in a cheesecloth bag
  Sugar 6 Tablespoon
Directions

In a large kettle, simmer all ingredients for 10 minutes.
Remove cloves before serving.
