Christmas Hot Spiced Wine

  Cinnamon sticks 2 (3 Inch Long)
  Whole cloves 2 Teaspoon
  Whole allspice 1 Teaspoon
  Fruity red wine 6 Cup (96 tbs) (Such As Beaujolais Or Finot Noir)
  Apple cider 6 Cup (96 tbs)
  Sugar 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Orange 1 , thinly sliced
  Lemon 1 , thinly sliced
  Lime 1 , thinly sliced

Place first 3 ingredients on an 8" square of cheesecloth; tie with string.
Place spice bag in a Dutch oven.
Add red wine and remaining 5 ingredients; bring to a simmer over low heat (do not boil).
Keep at a simmer while serving.
Ladle into mugs.
