|Cinnamon sticks||2 (3 Inch Long)|
|Whole cloves||2 Teaspoon|
|Whole allspice||1 Teaspoon|
|Fruity red wine||6 Cup (96 tbs) (Such As Beaujolais Or Finot Noir)|
|Apple cider||6 Cup (96 tbs)|
|Sugar||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Orange||1 , thinly sliced|
|Lemon||1 , thinly sliced|
|Lime||1 , thinly sliced|
Place first 3 ingredients on an 8" square of cheesecloth; tie with string.
Place spice bag in a Dutch oven.
Add red wine and remaining 5 ingredients; bring to a simmer over low heat (do not boil).
Keep at a simmer while serving.
Ladle into mugs.
