Ingredients
  Wine 250 Milliliter (Red Or White, 1 Cup)
  Salad oil 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Onions 2 , sliced
  Lemon 1 , sliced
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm)
  Bay leaf 1
  Whole black peppercorns 6
  Mixed herbs 1 Tablespoon (Like Tarragon Basil Or Thyme For Beef)
  Rosemary/Mint/thyme/oregano 1 Teaspoon (For Lamb)
Directions

Mix all the ingredients together and add the appropriate herbs.
