Pears In Wine

|Pear||2 Cup (32 tbs), drained|
|Red wine||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Lemon peel||1 Tablespoon, grated|
In 8x8-inch baking dish or 1 quart casserole, combine all ingredients; mix well.
Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 15 minutes until hot and bubbly.
Serve hot or chill to serve cold.
