Veal Chops In Wine

|Garlic salt||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Veal rib chops/Veal loin chops /1 pound veal round steak, cut into 4 pieces||4 , cut 1/2-inch thick|
|Onion||1 Small, sliced|
|Sliced canned mushrooms||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Or Fresh)|
|Chopped green pepper||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Canned drained tomatoes||8 Ounce (1 Cup)|
|White wine/Red wine||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Combine flour, salt, garlic salt and pepper.
Coat chops with flour mixture.
In fry pan, brown meat on both sides in hot oil.
Add onion, mushrooms, green pepper, tomatoes and wine.
Cover; simmer 1 to 1 1/4 hours until meat is tender.
Preparation Time:5 Minutes
Cook Time:80 Minutes
