Red Wine And Chilli Steaks
|Canned beef consomme||430 Gram|
|Celery stick||1 , chopped|
|Onions||2 Small, chopped|
|Dry red wine||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Tomato paste||2 Tablespoon|
|Worcestershire sauce||2 Teaspoon|
|Chili sauce||1 Teaspoon|
Combine consomme, celery, onion, wine, tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce and chilli sauce in pan, bring to boil, reduce heat, simmer uncovered 20 minutes, cool.
Puree mixture in blender or processor, strain, pour over steaks.
Marinate several hours or refrigerated overnight.
Drain steak, reserve marinade.
Barbecue steaks until well browned.
Serve with the hot reserved marinade as a sauce.
