White Wine And Herb Marinade

Ingredients
  White wine 6 Fluid Ounce (3/4 Cup, 185 Milliliter)
  Olive oil 2 Fluid Ounce (1/4 Cup, 60 Milliliter)
  Spring onions 2 , finely chopped
  Chopped fresh herbs/1 teaspoon dried herbs 1 Tablespoon, chopped
Directions

1. Place wine, oil, spring onions and herbs in a bowl and mix to combine.
2. Pour marinade over poultry or fish, cover and set aside to marinate.
