Wine Marinade For Meat

Ingredients
  Garlic 3 Clove (15 gm)
  Onions 2 Large
  Salt 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Teaspoon
  Cayenne 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Red wine vinegar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Dry red wine 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Using metal blade, process garlic until chopped.
Cut onion in chunks, add to garlic, and process until pureed.
Add salt, pepper, cayenne, wine vinegar, and wine and process for 3 seconds to blend.
Cover tightly and store in refrigerator for as long as a month.
