Hot Apple Wine

  Apple cider 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Sugar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Cinnamon stick 3 Inch
  Whole cloves 6
  Lemon peel 1⁄4 , cut in strips
  Dry white wine 1⁄5 Cup (3.2 tbs) (Adjust Quantity As Needed)
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon

In saucepan, combine apple cider, sugar, cinnamon, cloves, and lemon peel.
Bring to boiling, stirring till sugar is dissolved.
Simmer, uncovered, for 15 minutes; strain to remove spices and peel.
Add wine and lemon juice.
Heat through, but do not boil.
Serve in preheated mugs.
