Hot Apple Wine
|Apple cider||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Sugar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Cinnamon stick||3 Inch|
|Lemon peel||1⁄4 , cut in strips|
|Dry white wine||1⁄5 Cup (3.2 tbs) (Adjust Quantity As Needed)|
|Lemon juice||2 Tablespoon|
In saucepan, combine apple cider, sugar, cinnamon, cloves, and lemon peel.
Bring to boiling, stirring till sugar is dissolved.
Simmer, uncovered, for 15 minutes; strain to remove spices and peel.
Add wine and lemon juice.
Heat through, but do not boil.
Serve in preheated mugs.
