|Lemon juice||85 Milliliter (1/3 Cup)|
|Confectioners sugar||1 3⁄4 Tablespoon|
|Curacao||2 Ounce (60 Milliliter)|
|Soda water||500 Milliliter (2 Cups)|
|Champagne||26 Ounce (1 Bottle)|
Pour the lemon juice into a pitcher.
Add the sugar and stir until it is dissolved.
Add the curacao, soda water, champagne and a few ice cubes.
Pour into chilled glasses and garnish with strawberries and mint leaves.
