Champagne Soda

Ingredients
  Sugar 1 Teaspoon
  Angostura bitters 1 Dash
  Brandy 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Kirsch 1 Teaspoon
  Champagne 1 Tablespoon
  Lemon sherbet 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

Put the sugar, bitters, brandy and kirsch into a tall glass and stir until the sugar dissolves.
Fill almost to the top with champagne.
Float a scoop of lemon sherbet on top.
