Beef Wine Marinade

Ingredients
  Salad oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Dry vermouth 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Soy sauce 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Prepared mustard 1 Teaspoon
  Dry mustard 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Worcestershire sauce 2 Teaspoon
Directions

Place all ingredients in blender and process on Blend for 2 minutes.
Marinate meat in refrigerator for several hours, turning meat frequently.
