Parmesan Broccoli In Wine
|Sliced onion||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Walnut oil/Olive oil||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Garlic cloves||1 Small, minced|
|Broccoli florets||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Finely chopped fresh italian flat leaf parsley||1 Tablespoon|
|Dry red table wine||1 Tablespoon|
|Calamata olives||3 Large, pitted and chopped|
|Grated parmesan cheese||2 Teaspoon|
1. In 1-quart microwavable casserole combine first 3 ingredients and stir to coat; microwave on High (100%) for 2 minutes.
2. Add broccoli and stir to combine; cover and microwave on High for 5 minutes, stirring once halfway through cooking.
3. Add remaining ingredients except cheese; stir to combine. Microwave, uncovered, on Medium (50%) for 1 minute, stirring once halfway through cooking.
4. Let stand for 1 minute for flavors to blend. Sprinkle with cheese.
