Parmesan Broccoli In Wine

Ingredients
  Sliced onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Walnut oil/Olive oil 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Garlic cloves 1 Small, minced
  Broccoli florets 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Finely chopped fresh italian flat leaf parsley 1 Tablespoon
  Dry red table wine 1 Tablespoon
  Calamata olives 3 Large, pitted and chopped
  Grated parmesan cheese 2 Teaspoon
Directions

1. In 1-quart microwavable casserole combine first 3 ingredients and stir to coat; microwave on High (100%) for 2 minutes.
2. Add broccoli and stir to combine; cover and microwave on High for 5 minutes, stirring once halfway through cooking.
3. Add remaining ingredients except cheese; stir to combine. Microwave, uncovered, on Medium (50%) for 1 minute, stirring once halfway through cooking.
4. Let stand for 1 minute for flavors to blend. Sprinkle with cheese.
