White Wine Gravy
|Pan drippings||1 Tablespoon (From 1 Roasted Turkey Breast)|
|Chablis/Other dry white wine||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Chicken broth||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Water||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Spoon pan drippings from turkey breast into a 2-cup liquid measuring cup; add wine and enough chicken broth to make 2 cups.
Combine wine mixture, salt, and pepper in a medium saucepan.
Combine cornstarch and water; add to wine mixture.
Bring to a boil over medium heat; boil, stirring constantly, 1 minute.
