Ingredients
  Unwashed grapes 1⁄2 Kilogram
  Water 6 Bottle (6 l), boiled and cooled
  Sugar 2 Kilogram
  Dry yeast 1 Tablespoon
Directions

1. Crush grapes; add sugar, water and yeast.
2. Put in a jar and add 2 tbsp of wheat.
3. Keep for 3 weeks, stirring everyday.
4. Strain, add fullers' earth. Keep for 6 months, then siphon off in bottles.
