White Wine Soup

Ingredients
  White wine 6 Cup (96 tbs)
  Sugar 4 Tablespoon
  Egg yolks 3
  Croutons 4
Directions

Place egg yolks in the bottom of a soup tureen and beat lightly with a fork.
In a medium saucepan, bring wine and sugar to a boil and boil 5 minutes.
Gradually pour hot mixture over yolks, whisking constantly.
Top with croutons and serve immediately.
