Streamed Trout With Wine & Lemon

Ingredients
  Trout fillets 1 Pound
  Lemon slices 4
  White wine 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Chopped onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Grated lemon peel 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Dried parsley flakes 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Arrange fish in 12 x 8-inch baking dish.
Top with lemon slices.
In 1-cup measure, combine wine, onion, lemon peel, pepper and parsley.
Pour over fish.
Cover with wax paper.
Microwave at High for 4 to 7 minutes, or until fish flakes easily with fork, rearranging after half the cooking time.
