Fruit In Gingered Plum Wine

Ingredients
  Plum wine 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Preserved ginger syrup 2 Tablespoon, diced
  Plum sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Pineapple 1 Small, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
  Canned mandarin oranges 11 Ounce, drained (1 Can)
  Kiwifruit 3 , peeled and cut into chunks or wedges
  Mint sprig 1 (For Garnish)
Directions

Combine the plum wine, preserved ginger, ginger syrup, and plum sauce in a serving bowl.
Add the pineapple and mix well.
Add the oranges and kiwifruit and mix gently, just until they are coated with the plum wine mixture.
Garnish with mint sprigs.
