Fruit In Gingered Plum Wine
|Plum wine||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Preserved ginger syrup||2 Tablespoon, diced|
|Plum sauce||1 Tablespoon|
|Pineapple||1 Small, cut into 1/2-inch cubes|
|Canned mandarin oranges||11 Ounce, drained (1 Can)|
|Kiwifruit||3 , peeled and cut into chunks or wedges|
|Mint sprig||1 (For Garnish)|
Combine the plum wine, preserved ginger, ginger syrup, and plum sauce in a serving bowl.
Add the pineapple and mix well.
Add the oranges and kiwifruit and mix gently, just until they are coated with the plum wine mixture.
Garnish with mint sprigs.
