Rice And Vegetables In Wine
|Vegetable oil||2 Tablespoon|
|Onion||1 , chopped|
|Zucchini||1 Medium, chopped|
|Carrot||1 Medium, chopped|
|Celery stick||1 , chopped|
|Long grain rice||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Vegetable stock/Water||1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)|
|White wine||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Heat the oil in a saucepan and saute the onion.
Add the rest of the vegetables and stir them over a medium heat until lightly browned.
Add the rice, vegetable stock and white wine, cover and cook for about 15-20 minutes until all the liquid has been absorbed.
