Beans And Bacon In Red Wine

Ingredients
  Bacon 8 Ounce, sliced and diced
  Onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped
  Red kidney beans/Cannellini (white kidney beans) 38 Ounce (Progresso)
  Dry red wine 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Black pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon, ground
  Parsley 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped (fresh)
Directions

In large skillet cook and stir bacon until crisp.
Pour off all but about 1 tablespoon of the drippings.
Add onion to bacon in skillet.
Cook and stir until onion is transparent, about 2 minutes.
Drain kidney beans.
Stir kidney beans, wine and black pepper into skillet.
Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, for 5 minutes.
Stir in parsley.
