|Peptic enzymes||2 Tablespoon|
|Alembic yeast||1 1⁄2 Tablespoon|
|Water||6 Bottle (6 l)|
1. Quarter peaches and put in an open container. Mash with a wooden spoon and add boiling water.
2. Let stand for a day.
3. Add oranges, lemons, peptic enzymes and yeast as for the other wines.
4. Cover and keep for six months. Strain and bottle.
