Peach Wine

Ingredients
  Peaches 1⁄2 Kilogram
  Sugar 2 Kilogram
  Oranges 2
  Lemons 2
  Peptic enzymes 2 Tablespoon
  Alembic yeast 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Water 6 Bottle (6 l)
Directions

1. Quarter peaches and put in an open container. Mash with a wooden spoon and add boiling water.
2. Let stand for a day.
3. Add oranges, lemons, peptic enzymes and yeast as for the other wines.
4. Cover and keep for six months. Strain and bottle.
