Great share. I absolutely love peaches and can't wait to try this. Seems like this kind is also alot healthier than other kinds of ice cream. I heard peaches may be good for the skin too. Thanks :)

Stir to dissolve: 1 1/4 cups sugar and 1 cup water Boil 5 minutes, covered. Cool. Add the syrup to: 1 1/2 cups champagne and 3 Tbsp lemon juice. Freeze. Stir every couple of hours as it freezes. Otherwise, its more like a granita, which is not a bad thing anyway. (I don't have a churn or ice cream freezer)
