Milkweed Shoots In Wine
|Milkweed shoots||2 Pound|
|Margarine||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|White wine||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Parmesan cheese||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Green onion and tops||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), sliced|
Simmer shoots in covered pan in 4 cups water for 10 minutes.
Repeat process; rinse and drain well.
Place in buttered casserole.
Melt margarine, stir in wine and pour over shoots.
Sprinkle with salt, pepper, cheese and onion.
Bake 400°F.25 minutes.
