|Unflavored gelatin||3 Tablespoon (3 Envelopes)|
|Sugar||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Water||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Sherry||18 Tablespoon (1 Cup Plus 2 Tablespoons)|
|Strained orange juice||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
|Strained lemon juice||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Red food coloring||9 Drop|
1. Combine gelatin and sugar in a large saucepan; mix well. Add water and stir over low heat until gelatin and sugar are dissolved.
2. Remove from heat and blend in remaining ingredients. Pour mixture into a 1 1 1/2-quart fancy mold or a china serving bowl. Chill until firm.
3. To serve, unmold gelatin onto chilled platter or serve in china bowl without unmolding. Serve with whipped cream or whipped dessert topping, if desired.
