Red Wine Dressing

Ingredients
  Salad oil 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Vinegar 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Dry red wine 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Sugar 1 Teaspoon
  Dried thyme 1 Teaspoon, crushed
  Dried oregano 1⁄2 Teaspoon, crushed
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm)
Directions

In screw-top jar combine oil, vinegar, wine, sugar, thyme, oregano, garlic, and 1/4 teaspoon salt.
Cover and shake to mix well.
Chill.
Remove garlic clove; shake again just before serving.
